Take a ride in our historic early 20th century freight lift and experience the charm of our second floor Loft and adjoining Parlor. Images of the roaring twenties adorn the walls and the gilded accents and chandeliers pay homage to the Art Deco period. Whether it's an intimate chapel-style wedding in our parlor or a large party our second floor can provide the perfect accommodations. Our second floor is also home to our Bridal Suites. The Groom's suite is warmly decorated with matching luxe arm chairs and a leather love seat, providing a great space to relax and get ready. The Bridal Suite is a beautiful room with great natural light, perfectly appointed to serve the Bride. Amenities include Ample seating, a walk-in closet, and private vanity with full-length mirror. The Patterson also provides champagne Chiavari style chairs to compliment elegant events or black resin folding chairs for more casual events. Clients may choose between black or ivory floor length creased taffeta tablecloths. Each floor has its own caterer's kitchen equipped with 3 stainless steel tables, XL commercial sinks, and a refrigerator.
